I hope you’re all enjoying this 4 day long weekend with your loved ones and indulging in good food, like vegan chocolate and raw treats. I’ve had quite a bit of positive feedback about my Mocha Nicecream, so here it is… another new flavour for you to try! Introducing the Chai Nicecream, I love a good Chai latte when the weathers cold and I need a pick me up. But I’ve missed having them when it’s warm. I played around with the recipe a bit and I want to find a healthier alternative to one of the ingredients but for now here it is….
You will need:
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- Almond milk
- A dash of any dairy free Chai syrup
- Optional- vanilla protein powder ( I use women’s best vegan protein powder, you can shop for it here )
- Blend all ingredient in your food processor or blender, only add the almond milk if your blender/ food processor is struggling.
- Top with anything you like, I topped mine with banana, Cacao nibs, buckinis, coconut chips and aramanth puffs.
