Hey my loves!
This is my first blog post so please bear with me as I’m still trying to figure this all out and in time I promise the content will get better 🌿 I was craving a coffee the other day but it was a scorcher of a day so I was trying to come up with a way to treat myself to a bit of caffeine while also satisfying my sweet tooth that never seems to go away! The solution was to give this delicious Mocha Nicecream a go and it seriously did not disappoint!
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1-2 tsp coffee
- 2 tsp Cacao powder
- Almond milk
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, adding the almond milk if needed.
- The texture should be like soft serve ice cream.
- Top with anything you like, I used coconut chips, Cacao nibs, buckinis, more banana and agave syrup
